Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Payment

Tuition fees must be paid at the time of booking, based on the selected payment plan.

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by Green Room Music.

Late payments may incur additional fees as determined by Green Room Music.
2. Cancellation Policies
-
Private Lessons:
-
Lessons canceled within 24 hours are not eligible for credit.
-
Lessons canceled prior to 24 hours before the lesson time are eligible for a make-up credit.
-
A maximum of 3 make-up credits will be issued and a maximum of 2 credits can be issued within 90 days.

Lessons canceled by the instructor are eligible for a make-up credit.

In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Group Lessons
-
Any lesson cancelations will result in a forfeit of the lesson. We do not offer credits for group class cancelations.

3. Make-Up Policies
-
Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

If make-up lessons are canceled they are not eligible for rescheduling.

Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 60 days of the cancelation.

Green Room Music reserves the right to limit the number of make-up lessons per student per term.

If Chappaqua or Bedford school districts close for weather or other emergencies, Green Room Music may also close. In that case, if lessons cannot be conducted virtually, make-up credits will be issued.
4. Change of Teachers

Green Room Music reserves the right to change teachers as necessary.

Students will be notified of any teacher changes as soon as possible.

If a student wishes to change teachers, they may request a change, subject to availability.
5. Injuries on Site
-
Green Room Music is not responsible for any injuries sustained on our premises.

Students and parents/guardians assume all risks associated with participation in our programs.
-
In case of injury, Green Room Music staff will provide immediate assistance and contact emergency services if necessary.
6. Refunds and Withdrawals

Upfront payments:
-
More than 30 days prior to the start of the Fall/Spring term: Full refunds for lessons or programs are only provided if written notice of withdrawal is received at least 30 days prior to the start of the lesson term.

Within 30 days of start of the term: Withdrawal notice given within 30 days before the start of the term will result in a 75% refund.

After the start of the term: Withdrawal after the start of the term will result in a refund of 50% of remaining classes.

Monthly Payments:
-
Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing 30 days prior to the next billing date.

If notice is given within 30 days to the next billing date, customer must honor the following billing period.

In the cases of involuntary withdrawal (such as relocation or extended illness), refunds will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the owner.
7. Supervision of Children on Site

Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children outside of scheduled lesson times.

Children must be picked up promptly at the end of their lessons.

Green Room Music is not responsible for the safety of children left unattended on our premises.

Green Room Music reserves the right to dismiss children and cancel lessons or memberships without refund if a child's behavior is deemed poor or disruptive.
8. Financial Responsibility

The person enrolling the student is financially responsible for all fees and charges incurred.

Any unpaid balances may result in the suspension of lessons until the account is settled.

Green Room Music reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid fees.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Green Room Music reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to students and parents/guardians in a timely manner.
